Kenya B... dreamer, believer, and entrepreneur. Those are all characteristics of what drives this crazy colorful designer. Kenya B, like most people had no clue what career path she wanted to take.  One thing that stayed clear was her love for fashion.  After working in corporate America for more than 10 years she decided it was time to pursue her dreams.  Kenya enrolled in The University of Alabama’s Apparel Design program where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2016.  Her love for fashion has gained her notable recognition as she was the Emerging Designer winner of the 2017 Magic City Fashion Week. To add to her fashion resume, Kenya B. has participated in numerous fashion shows throughout the south and a showcase during NYFW in New York City.

Kenya B. has been deemed a Southern luxury designer with her bold prom and bridal gowns.  Each year Kenya accepts 20+ girls to design prom gowns for in which she calls them her KENYA DOLLS. During the process she mentors them on life after high school and living a purposeful life.  Her philosophy is IT’S MORE THAN A GOWN.  Another value-added service Kenya offers is her VIP style experience.  She travels to her clients to offer style assistance the day of their events.   Kenya is constantly giving back to the community. To date she teaches sewing and fashion to young students that are passionate about fashion at various locations in Birmingham, AL. Kenya B. has turned her dreams into reality.
